From Traditional Banker to Personal BANKer for Growth
After a successful banking career with several major financial institutions in the Philippines including Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, the Development Bank of the Philippines, and Sterling Bank of Asia, she has set on a path to help more people unlock their potentials. Michelle took her Master’s in Management from the Asian Institute of Management as an ADB Japan scholar, and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of the Philippines. She has been a risk management practitioner for over 25 years and was SVP Chief Risk Officer of Sterling Bank of Asia prior to going full time into the consultancy, risk advisory, training, and executive coaching practice.
Over the course of her career she has trained, coached, and mentored thousands of professionals and executives. She is a certified TetraMap facilitator, a certified NLP practitioner, a certified Points of You Explorer, the first Wealth and Joy coach and the first certified B.A.N.K. Personality coach and trainer in the Philippines. With her discovery of B.A.N.K. and Wealth and Joy life simulation, her being a BANKer took on a different meaning.
